Binky Barnes from Arthur
Styled after a bulldog, Binky Barnes is one of Arthur Read’s classmates in the Arthur TV show and book series. While he is shown to be friends with Arthur, he’s also the leader of a group of bullies called the Tough Customers. His character design speaks to the rough, rugged personality of his character with sturdy denim and what appear to be Timberlands-esque work boots in that signature tan/khaki color.

Cirno is a character from the Touhou Project, a series of games connected by the title of Touhou. Although Cirno appears to look young, she is still a powerful ice fairy and serves as a boss within the franchise. Prunella Deegan from Arthur
Based off of a poodle, Prunella Deegan is a slightly-snobby fourth-grader who is friends with several of the third-graders at Lakewood Elementary in the Arthur series. She is a voracious reader, and shares an interest in the paranormal with her sister Rubella. While it’s not really known if Prunella is indeed part of Binky Barnes’ bully group, she is often seen eating lunch with them.
